How can I burn off belly fat around the middle?

I can jog or walk alot, and I look fit, but can't seem to lose the belly flab around the middle and especially on the sides (love handles) . Ever hear of the muffin top when women wear jeans, My jeans are comfortable and look great, the muffin won't burn off.

belly fat is usually the last fat to go, so you have to always work out if you want to look great

Muffin tops are horrible!! I have a teeny weeny one. How old are you?? I hear its harder to burn when you get older. But if you are younger just keep what you are doing and eventually the muffin will loose its top. :) Google search exercises for tightening the abs too:) Thanks for making my day with muffin top.

There are two things that you will have to do.
1. Do exercises.
2. Provide fat burning diet

You wan to to burn middle parts so try different kind of belly exercises and try to do some running or bike. The more often you do this the better. For example you can see this article:
