I&#039;ve been a gym fanatic since high school. You can can only burn fat cells during cardio and o yes raise your blood temperature. I have been on different products and schedules since I first started. I can also recommend listening to your doctor and ask her/him the same question. Or you could ask mine, Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst.</description>

During Ketosis, your body will always use protein (that you eat or in your  muscles) as the primary source of energy. Your body will not touch fat until your protein resources are at a very very low level. 

If you eat loads of protein, then exercised, you will just burn off the protein you have eaten and then the muscle. 

Personally, I hope you don&#039;t do this. It&#039;s not a good way to lose fat at all!</description>
